Terms & Conditions

This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices and terms are subject to change thereafter.

The services and deliverables are limited to those expressly stated in this quotation. Any additional requirements or changes requested will be subject to a separate quotation and approval.

Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included per milestone. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

The Developer will provide 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support post-deployment.

Ongoing maintenance, feature upgrades, or third-party integrations beyond this period will be governed by a separate maintenance contract.

50% advance before commencement.

25% on mid-delivery

25% on final delivery

Payments delayed beyond 15 days from invoicing will attract a 5% late fee.

The Developer may display completed work in their portfolio, proposals, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before project start.

Full ownership of source code, designs, and deliverables will transfer to the Client only upon receipt of 100% payment.

Until final settlement, all deliverables remain the property of the Developer.

The Developer retains the right to showcase the project in their portfolio and marketing materials, unless the Client objects in writing.

Third-party tools, APIs, fonts, or SDKs used will remain bound by their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, project details, and business data.

Confidentiality obligations remain valid indefinitely, even after project completion or termination.

The Developer will deliver the project in accordance with the approved proposal but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, exam results, revenue, or uptime.

The Developer is not liable for failures caused by third-party services (hosting, cloud providers, payment gateways, etc.).

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages shall not be claimable.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days written notice.

The Client shall compensate the Developer for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

Neither party shall be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or internet disruptions.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Always take written approval (email/WhatsApp message) before starting.

Use milestone-based payments (not only at end).

Use a secure payment gateway (UPI, Stripe, PayPal, Escrow – not direct unknown transfers).

Never share full project code until final payment is cleared (give demo builds instead).

For large projects, sign a formal contract or MoU in addition to the quotation.
